CST 4.5 Inch Suspension Lift System - 2008-2010 Superduty 4wd - This 4.5" system was designed to lift the Super Duty enough to provide proper clearance for 35 inch tall tires and a perfect height to pull any trailer comfortably. The 4.5" system features Radius Arm Drop Hangers, CST Performance Front Coil Springs, Pan Hard Bar Drop Mount and Drop Pitman Arm to ensure proper alignment of the front axle and steering components. Bump stop and sway bar mounts, as well as a factory steering stabilizer relocation bracket are also included. For the rear the system includes replacement 5" blocks and u-bolts which provide a level stance. This system is available with application specific Bilstein 5100 or CST Performance shocks. This system provides outstanding ride quality and performance and is backed by a lifetime warranty.
